Fuller Yoga believes that when we help our students remove physical and mental obstacles they can do great things. All of our teachers are 200hr-500hr certified through Yoga Alliance and/or Balanced Body Pilates. Our education director works with each instructor to make sure their classes focus on safe alignment and offer creative approaches to yoga postures and sequences.
Because we work with students of all shapes, sizes and abilities, students can achieve their personal objectives in our non-judgemental classes. We believe our students can reduce and potentially eliminate stress as well as physical and emotional pain with the consistent and disciplined practice of yoga and Pilates. We are comfortable working with spinal issues, poor posture, sports injuries, and chronic pain, among others. Our excellent instruction is centered on proper body alignment, strength building, and increased flexibility as a framework to a lifelong practice in injury prevention and healing.
