pilates
Pilates is a system of exercises that strengthens the abdominals, hips back and inner thighs. It helps to reduce back pain, stabilize shoulders and improves posture.
Why Fuller Yoga?
We have a beautiful 3,000sq foot facility where you can enjoy quality instruction with a caring community. We have a yoga room complete with mats, blocks, blankets, straps etc. as well as a Pilates reformer studio with 5 Peak Pilates combo reformers. In addition to that we have a bright and sunny lobby, restroom, individual far infrared sauna room and massage room.
Some of the best classes to start with are Essential Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Yoga with Props. These classes are informative and give lots of detail as you gently stretch your body and learn basic principles of yoga.
You will want to wear clothes you can move in comfortably without belts, buttons, or zippers. Clothing should not be too loose. Some people are very sensitive to smell so we ask that you refrain from wearing perfumes, heavy scented clothing or oils.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat however, there are a variety of mats on the marketplace and we do recommend some over others. We have plenty of mats and equipment you can use until you know what works for you.
We do not require you to wear a mask but if you feel more comfortable wearing one please do. We wipe down all equipment after each use and ask students to stay home if they are not feeling well.
We suggest you start with our Deep Dive Intro pass so you can get acquainted with our classes and offerings. After 30 days you will know whether a membership or a punch pass is right for you.
Specialty classes are small group classes that utilize non-portable equipment such as a Pilates Reformer Pilates Chair, Tower or Ropes and Slings wall. In these classes you will receive more individual attention to your specific needs. Due to the small group and equipment these classes are offered at a higher rate than our group classes.
We have in place a 12 hour cancellation policy for our Specialty classes and a 1 hour for group classes. If you cancel under these hours there will be a $10 cancellation fee.
If you are moved into a class from the waitlist you should receive a confirmation email and text. However, we do suggest you check your schedule at least two hours before class to see if you got in.
For Specialty classes you absolutely need to pre-register due to the limited equipment.
For group classes we strongly suggest you sign up for class prior to coming. Some classes do fill up fast. If you are having trouble signing up or you forgot please feel free to come anyway and we will sign you in when you come.
We suggest shorts and a sports bra or a bathing suit. Having your skin exposed to the radiant heat is best for releasing toxins and heating the body. Please place your towel on the seat to catch any sweat.
We do our best to have towels available at your convenience however, we do suggest bringing your own towel in case we’ve had a busy week and all our towels are in the wash.
Yes we have a shower in our restroom. Students are free to use the shower as needed but please remember it is also our only restroom.

A true test in life is to fix your ailing body. After seeing specialists, you'll need a teacher and a healer like Lauren and her staff. Genuine souls and passionate healers through yoga, pilates, stretching, meditation, massage, sound therapy....Their yoga space is one of kind. All glass clad triangular studio, cantilevered over a public sidewalk. With the tall trees and ever changing sky, like yoga in Heaven. God bless!
Nicole Deni

Completing yoga teacher training at Fuller Yoga was a great experience! The program provided a lot of useful background focused on anatomy and alignment, and the smaller group size made it easier to ask questions and participate. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to deepen their practice or try out teaching.

I have scoliosis and yoga classes with Justine have been extremely helpful in alleviating the pain it causes. A few months of weekly classes has made a massive difference in the level of discomfort I experience. When I look at posture in the mirror before and after each class I can see a visible improvement in my posture and the evenness of my shoulders. Justine has also taught me stretches to alleviate pain if it arises between classes. Thank you, Justine!
Caitlin Chase

I usually go the All levels classes and they are excellent. Kateryna is my favorite instructor she is really approachable and understanding of any injuries you may have. Great energy and friendly faces all the time.
Lisa Campo
In the past, I never liked yoga because as a person with sever back issues, I was always in pain in every position. It was not until I went to the Fuller yoga studio that I came to love yoga. Justine Fuller has an incredible ability to intuit what adjustments are needed to a pose. I am forever grateful.
Karen Kubica
I was introduced to Fuller Yoga when Justine, the owner, offered an adult education class through the town recreation department. Best find ever for me. I've had 3 hip replacements (yes, 3) and prolotherapy twice on my shoulder. I fear injuring myself but not here. I particularly like yoga with props and feel amazing after a one hour class. Each class starts with the teacher asking if there are any sensitive or painful areas to address. There is no judgement. I am encouraged to do my best, whatever my best is that day. Try a class and see if you agree.

Fuller is my home away from home. I love the classes and the instructors and go to one nearly every day. Justine Fuller ((owner) and her staff keep me balanced and flexible. Don't know what I would do without them. I started attending classes more than 4 years ago. I was in a lot of pain - neck, hip, you-name-it. Now I am pretty much pain free and when something hurts, I've learned how to work it out with yoga. Thanks, Fuller!
Monika Costa
Fuller Yoga provides personal touch to your needs. The instructors are very knowledgeable, the studio is clean. Variety of yoga and Pilate classes are offered on daily basis.

Amazing instructors. I took part in the hot yoga class- they pay attention to everyone in the class and offer tips on improving different positions. They even have nice essential oils for use before and after shravasna.

Vianna Zimbel
Fuller Yoga is a wonderful place to build flexibility and strength. The instructors are knowledgeable and provide great feedback. I particularly enjoy the Barre classes and Fuller yoga (practiced on a round mat with movements flowing in a circular pattern). After a year, my posture is better and I can consistently touch my toes! Hey- THAT is an achievement!
Amy Ashinghurst
My favorite part of going to Fuller Yoga is their yoga wall. I HIGHLY recommend it to everyone at all stages of practice. It helps me understand and practice proper alignment of poses. Justine has a deep understanding of spinal health and this has been very useful during classes. She pays attention to each participant, and gives instruction as needed. I like the ease of scheduling classes online, and the evening/weekend classes work into my schedule.
Emily Amore

I love the variety of classes at Fuller Yoga and the class schedules work great for me. Very knowledgeable instructors.
Jennifer Hudner
I have fully appreciated Fuller Yoga from my very first Introduction to Yoga 6 week series 3-4 years ago. First, I began after a series of back issues, including herniating a disk 2 or 3 times in the past. I have learned so much since beginning while gaining a lot of flexibility, a lot more strength and a lot more confidence in knowing how to take care of my back. The variety of instructors has been great as I've learned pieces from each of them to help build my own practice. I also enjoy some of the specialty classes such as the Pilates chair, ropes, yoga with props, etc and have learned a lot from each!I don't recall how I found Fuller but I'm glad I did.
Jillian Schiavoni
Great selection of yoga classes and knowledgeable instructors.
Kim Scott
Love everything about this studio especially that I can take a Barre class one day and a heated power yoga class the next! Such a great place.
Alexis Mattia
I have been a member at Fuller Yoga for 7 years. I make it a point to get here 2-3 times a week for the heated power classes. The studio offers many different classes such as heated power yoga, gentle, restorative and intro as well. In addition they offer Pilates and Barre classes. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and care about everyone having the best experience possible. My recommendation is to try the heated power classes. It's a great way to challenge yourself & work-up a sweat. If you are looking to try Fuller, take advantage of the new student special, 30 days of unlimited yoga for $45.

Just started coming here in January and I love it! Fuller yoga is now my go to studio! This is a very welcoming studio with trained instructors who teach you how to do yoga for your body and needs! Always learning off of the different styles and instructors of yoga and finding new friends who enjoy the same classes as I do. Love Melissa’s class on Fridays and every other Saturday. Also enjoy KB, Natalie and Kateryna. A great place to experience a yoga practice with your own needs in mind. Worth my 35+ minute drive to Glastonbury.
Michelle Levine-Schmitt
I started coming to Fuller Yoga in January and it has been amazing! I have been struggling with some vestibular issues and neck pain and it has helped tremendously. I love the Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes with Kateryna and the All Levels class with Nancy! I also really like the variety in classes, from beginner yoga to pilates 🙂 Great studio!

Have been attending All Levels Yoga weekly for over a year now - the best class and instructors! Everyone is so friendly and kind. I’m always looking forward to class each and every week !
Kim Marie Selig
I've been working with Justine Fuller for several years in private Pilates sessions. Started when I retired in my late 50's to help with back soreness & stiffness after sitting at a desk for hours on end for years. Justine's knowledge of how our muscles work, paired with her extensive Pilates & yoga skill and experience, has challenged (without comprising my limitations) my body to a place of energy, flexibility, balance & confidence. I also attend All Levels Yoga at Fuller Yoga - Justine has employed wonderful instructors who teach in the most healthy way. I highly recommend Fuller Yoga to all - experienced yogis and beginners as well. Namaste
Judy Levine
Just started coming to this yoga studio about a month ago and I love both the variety of classes and teachers. Tried the Ropes and Slings Yoga class and loved it. Helpful for my lower back issues and Justine was great at teaching proper alignment with each pose. Loved the stretching and traction the class provided. A must try if you have back issues!
Sandy McRae
I recently attended a special class focusing on scoliosis and yoga positions. I was amazed at how knowledgable Justine is on this topic. She gave each participant hands on guidance specifically to our issues with scoliosis. Working on the yoga wall designed for this purpose was a great experience. I hope Justine will be offering more classes like this one in the future!
Deborah Roncari
In my search for relief from the discomfort of scoliosis, Justine Fuller of Fuller Yoga was recommended to me. I am so grateful for the recommendation and the opportunity to work with Justine. She is extremely knowledgeable and well educated about scoliosis and the effect it can have on the body. She is patient and understanding and has the ability to know just what the body needs to move as it should with any limitations. In the few weeks that I have been working with Justine, using the Yoga Wall( pretty amazing) I have felt relief , have improved my posture and continue to work on strengthening overall!! The results for me have been better than Physical Therapy in that it is a whole different way to approach scoliosis.I highly recommended that you check out ALL the up coming classes at Fuller Yoga. Thanks Justine - so happy to be working with you!
Marion Enie
I have just completed an OUTSTANDING 6 week Intro to Mat Pilates class with Justine. Although I had been to other Pilates studios and classes over the years, this is the very first time that I really feel I understand the elements (anatomy, breathing) to be successful. I look forward to Pilates Chair next!
Carol Gordon
Justine has so much knowledge of the workings of the human body and provides feedback for proper execution of each pose and exercise. As a Physical. Therapist , I am very impressed with her program and would highly recommend her studio for my patients.
Jennifer Thomas
Recently did a hot, power vinyasa here. Really enjoyed the class and studio atmosphere. The instructor was great. Down to earth, friendly, and very good at providing cues (in other words you don't always have to look up to see what the class is doing, you can tell by what she says). Overall great studio, excellent instructor, and welcoming atmosphere. Just bring a small towel if you do the hot yoga, you're going to sweat.
Rosie Warren Art
Honestly, this is the highlight of my day. Love the people and classes!
Kimberley Ramjattan
I started at Fuller Yoga because a friend from work encouraged me to have a private session with Justine to evaluate my scoliosis. After meeting with Justine, I have gained such a greater understanding of how my scoliosis not only affects my yoga practice but also my day to day habits such as how I stand and sit. My relationship with the studio then blossomed as I started taking classes more regularly there, feeling at home with the teachers who each have their styles and expertise. I was impressed by how many classes were offered, and the integrity with which the studio was run. Then I started the Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with Justine in the Fall of 2016. That has been a truly amazing and transformative experience. I have grown so much in my yoga practice, and my life! (I know that may sound crazy, but if you're thinking about a YTT, trust me Fuller is the place to be!). We took our YTT out of the studio, taking classes in NYC that Justine arranged for us, broadening our yoga horizon. I have recently graduated from the YTT training, and can honestly say that despite being hesitant and nervous at first, enjoy teaching. I begin teaching weekly classes next month, and are planning various workshops. Fuller Yoga- what a gem! Thank you Justine!!!
Katharine Yacovone
The owner, Justine, is so knowledgeable and talented she makes the studio go above and beyond along with her other, hand picked and experienced instructors. Everyone has a great attitude and is welcoming to newcomers. I did my first yoga class here and they made me feel like I was already a yogi. I've tried other places and I always find myself coming back here. The prices are good and the experience is the best. Plus, there are a wide variety of classes including barre, Pilates and all sorts of yoga (gentle, meditation, power, beginner, heated etc). I brought my mom here when she wanted to start yoga and she did a 6 week intro series that taught her all the basics of yoga and now she's even better than I am! 10/10 would recommend.
Frank Magistri
Gifted teachers , great community and a wide variety of classes and workshops.
Matt Martocci
Instructors make the experience. Justine has an amazing talent for understanding and teaching Yoga/Pilates/Barre. She explains every move and even comes around to adjust positions as needed. Every class is different. Fuller Yoga makes me feel in-shape and is a great outlet for stress. I've tried many other places - Fuller is my home. (Lisa Martocci)
Annie Pagano
You'll be hard pressed to find another yoga studio as well rounded as Fuller. They have different level yoga classes (both heated and non-heated), mat pilates, barre class. You don't often find a studio that offers and excels at all three, the value really can't be beaten. Both the owner, Justine, and all the teachers are such sweethearts and are masters of their craft. Highly recommend!
Adina Placido
Love this place! The owner is fantastic and has a great sense of humor. She will continuously help you to get your position correct within your limitations without judgement. Other instructors are also nice! Highly recommend Fuller Yoga!
Jennifer Hayner
I just went to a Pilates Mat class and it was really great. Justine is an excellent instructor. I cannot wait to go to more classes!!!

Lauren Fuller
Lauren Justine Fuller discovered yoga amid a lifelong pursuit of dance and creative movement. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from San Francisco State University with a BA in Dance, Lauren was drawn to yoga for its expressive power and transformative potential. After completing her teacher training at Yoga Union in New York City, Lauren refined her teaching focus to nonlinear sequences that build strength and flexibility in both body and mind. Following her breath and body toward full expression, Lauren developed the Fuller Mat, a circular mat that opens pathways to spinal flexibility, axial elongation, and a deeply empowering flow. Marked by organic transitions between movements, Fuller Yoga was born of Lauren’s appreciation for each student’s desire to find a safe, accepting, and invigorating place on the mat. Lauren continues to train and innovate her practice and brings her personal practice and discoveries to her students in every class she teaches, whether it’s Fuller Yoga, Pilates, or Fuller Barre. Lauren opened the doors of Fuller Yoga and Pilates studio in 2004. With over 23 years of teaching experience, she welcomes students of all abilities to find a connection to their body and mind through the movement of the body. Drawing on a diverse background in yoga, dance, Pilates, and personal training, as well as the influences of her teachers Alison West, Godfrey Deveraux, Ana Forrest, and Seane Corn.

Amy Martinez
Amy is a graduate of Fuller Yoga’s 200 hour teacher training program. Her yoga journey began about 10 years ago when she started practicing as a way to carve out some time for herself and reduce stress as a busy working mom. Amy has found that a regular yoga practice has allowed her to be more in tune with her body, both physically and mentally, and has allowed her to listen to her inner voice. Amy is a firm believer that everyone can benefit from a yoga practice and loves to share her passion with others. She enjoys creating classes that challenge strength and also provide deep stretching. In her free time, you can find Amy at the beach, reading, kayaking, and cooking.
Sarah Cote
Sarah is a new graduate of the 200-hour training at Fuller Yoga. She began practicing yoga as a form of exercise to supplement running, and loved that yoga provided a unique opportunity to challenge yourself physically while also remaining fully present. She found that the mental benefits of yoga kept her coming back to the mat and eventually led her to YTT. She hopes to share this positive impact with others.
Kate Greatorex
Kate is a 2011 graduate of the Sacred Rivers Yoga teacher training program and also works as a school psychologist. She began her yoga journey when she took her first yoga class in 2003 and quickly fell in love with how yoga helped calm, center, and honor her mind, body, and spirit, as well as develop her ability to listen to and trust her intuition. She approaches teaching with a sense of thoughtful playfulness by encouraging students to tune into and honor their unique needs of mind and body and to feel empowered to take actions which support their ultimate well-being. Kate also helps her students explore their individual personal edge to appreciate both the depths of inner physical and mental strength and also how to cultivate calm in the face of challenge. Learning about how yoga, nutrition, fitness, psychology, and mindfulness combine to contribute to a general sense of health and wellness have been a passion of Kate’s for many years.
Lila Martel
Kateryna Martel became a yoga student in search of movement modality to keep her healthy and in top physical shape after letting go of competitive marshal arts. Yoga became that and so much more by bringing balance, peace and joy into her life. In 2011 she completed Yoga Teacher Training at Kripalu School of Yoga, MA. Since then she has been studying and teaching yoga, while tirelessly researching other mind-body health modalities and human anatomy. Her classes are an eclectic combination of all of her research with concentration on creating space for each student to have an ability and knowledge to tailor practice to his or her needs.
Melissa Pieciak
Years ago Melissa found herself struggling with anxiety, insomnia, and chronic neck pain. Fed up with being in a rut Melissa began taking yoga and meditation classes. She was amazed by how good she was feeling; she was sleeping better, was less anxious, and her neck pain disappeared. She was hooked and that feeling has been bringing her back to her mat every day. As Melissa continued to practice yoga and meditation she had a deep desire to grow and learn more so she enrolled in a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Kripalu School of Yoga followed by certifications in Restorative Yoga, Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga and Reiki Levels 1, 2, Master, Master of Masters and Master Teacher. Melissa teaches meditation and Kripalu Yoga of all levels, including beginners, gentle, restorative, all levels, power, and SUP yoga.
