Yoga can be an exciting and challenging journey towards connecting or re-connecting to your body. Most people begin a yoga program not because they know the wealth of benefits it will give them but usually due to in injury, chronic pain or through the recommendation of their doctor or friend. One of the biggest reasons people begin yoga is low back pain. Caused by a mire ad of lifestyle and work choices low back pain can turn chronic and debilitating.
