Sound Healing Excursions will place participants in
a meditative state through the use of
Tibetan singing bowls and guided
meditation. Tibetan singing bowls are sacred tools that
accompanied prayer, meditation, and healing for many centuries. Rev.
and Lisa Huppert from Serenity
Grove Wellness Center will use the bowls, along with various
healing tools, to create vibrational sound that will help reduce
alter consciousness and develop a deep sense of peace,
well-being, and better health.

Bro Yoga for the Weekend Warrior
(Real Yoga for Real Men) Saturdays1:00-2:30pm March 18th - April 29th
Not a problem this six week series is taught by Jamie, a dude who goes hard,
welds metal and teaches yoga we think it’s the perfect introduction to yoga by
a guy for guys. No yoga experience necessary.
In this six week series you’ll get a yoga practice without any pretzel poses,
no goofy scents or music. It’s just a strong yoga practice, with tools you can
really use.We’ll strengthen the core, tone muscles, improve balance sweat,
and yes stretch.You’ll feel great, energized, focused and then relaxed and but
most of all de-stressed! This class is appropriate for your typical weekend warrior
whether you’re a runner, love hoops, tennis, cycling or whatever.This class will
help you do your thing easier and with less chance for injury in the future.
Already have injuries, not a problem, yoga can be good for easing pain,
and can help with healing.This 6wk series will include yoga basics and
add variety progressing from week to week.

improve the stability of your shoulder girdle, pelvis and core.

sense is a must.
