Kristin took her first yoga class as a
way to find peace in her body during pregnancy. Feeling a deep presence and connection with her body she was "hooked" right away.
The more she practiced it became clear that there was more to
yoga than just the physical benefits. Her teacher
training expanded her practice and she strengthened her desire to share this as a teacher.
She has been strongly influenced by Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Power,
Iyengar and Kundalini styles of yoga. Each of her classes allows space for opening,
strengthening, clearing, centering, and laughter. Kristin is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified trained at Sacred Rivers Yoga
in Glastonbury and continues to take various workshops to grow as a yogi and teacher.
